• Tues 10 am - 7 pm, Wed - Fri 8 am - 5 pm; Mondays off
• 19 patients per day
• Wednesdays are telehealth -- patients seen virtually or by phone
• Minor derm procedures or joint injections preferred
• Familiarity with buprenorphine/suboxone preferred
• Hospital privileges required
