• Mon - Thu 7:15 am - 4:30 pm, Fri 7:15 am - 12:15 pm
• Approx 15 patients per day
• Clinic setting
• Peds to geriatrics -- all ages seen
• Suboxone and opioid treatment experience required
• Complex patients, chronic health issues, and women's health
• 2 - 3 years of NP/PA experience required
• Hospital privileges required

From $70.00 to $90.00 hourly
