As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will:
- Deliver high-quality, comprehensive primary care to adult patients (ages 18+).
- Manage diverse clinical needs, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and women's health services.
- Collaborate with a supportive medical staff to ensure top-tier health outcomes and a seamless patient experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation
What You Bring to the Team
- Board Certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- At least 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience in a Primary Care setting.
- An active Florida medical license (or the ability to obtain one).
- A hardworking, collaborative demeanor with a deeply patient-centered approach to medicine.
