Job Description: We're seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Jefferson Hospital. 
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

<li>The Physicians' Health Group Nurse Practitioner assesses patients, diagnoses and treats illnesses, prescribes medications, and manages patients' overall care. The Nurse Practitioner also collaborates with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care. </li>
</ul>
Position Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Master's Degree in Nursing. </li>
<li>Current Nurse Practitioner License in the State of Georgia.</li>
<li>Current BLS, ACLS and PALS Certifications. </li>
