Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary and family healthcare services to patients across the lifespan.
- Perform health assessments, physical examinations, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
- Order and interpret appropriate laboratory tests, imaging, and diagnostic studies.
- Prescribe medications and treatments within state and federal guidelines.
- Provide preventive care, health education, wellness counseling, and screening.
- Develop individualized care plans in partnership with patients and their families.
- Educate patients about diagnoses, medications, lifestyle changes, and preventive health.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough electronic medical records.
- Coordinate care and make appropriate referrals to specialists and other healthcare professionals.
- Collaborate with the broader clinical team to ensure safe, high-quality, coordinated care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and help continuously improve the patient experience.

Requirements:
- NP or PA Board Certification with primary care, family medicine background.
- Current, valid and unrestricted Colorado medical, ARNP or PA license and valid DEA number.
- Minimum 2 years of primary care experience preferred
