Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner

Position Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join a Mobile Health Clinic serving rural communities in Kansas. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who is passionate about expanding access to quality healthcare and building lasting relationships with patients.
The Family Nurse Practitioner will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients in community-based settings while working collaboratively with a supportive healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients across the lifespan.
- Conduct patient assessments, physical examinations, and medical histories.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide appropriate follow-up care.
- Prescribe medications and treatments in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Educate patients on preventive care, wellness, and management of chronic conditions.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Support healthcare access for rural and underserved populations.
- Travel to designated community locations as part of the mobile clinic program.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current Family Nurse Practitioner certification.
- Active Kansas APRN/FNP license or eligibility for Kansas licensure.
- Current DEA registration or ability to obtain one.
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and primary care skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently while functioning effectively as part of a healthcare team.
