The Position
Our client is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner to join their primary care team. This provider will care for patients across the lifespan, managing a mix of acute and chronic conditions in a fast-paced clinical environment. The practice has an urgent-care-like feel, with a steady patient flow and a variety of acute and primary care needs, while still allowing providers to build ongoing relationships with their patients.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Starting at $130,000- $140,000+ DOE

Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
- Active Florida APRN License
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) Certification Required
- Active DEA License or Ability to Obtain
- BLS Certification
- Primary Care Experience Preferred
- Experience Managing Acute and Chronic Conditions Preferred
- Strong Clinical Judgment and Communication Skills
- New Graduates with Relevant Clinical Experience Encouraged to Apply
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients across the lifespan
- Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Perform comprehensive physical examinations and health assessments
- Order and interpret diagnostic testing and laboratory studies
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Prescribe medications and provide appropriate medication management
- Manage conditions including diabetes, hypertension, asthma, infections, and other common medical concerns
- Provide preventive care, health screenings, and patient education
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and healthy lifestyle practices
- Coordinate referrals, follow-up care, and continuity of treatment
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
