
Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant in Lake Havasu City, AZ
Opportunity for a physician assistant to join our ED team at Havasu Regional Medical Center in Lake Havasu City, AZ. This facility supports a 26,000-annual-volume ED that provides coverage in 12-hour shifts, hospitalist program in place, admit rate 16%, EMR MedHost, helicopter service and EMS base station, transfer rate 3-5%. APCs see a variety of cases from trauma to illness and patients ranging from pediatric to geriatric. The nursing staff is very experienced. Specialty support includes cath lab, cardiothoracic surgery, cardiovascular surgery, GI, cardiology, interventional radiology, neurology, neurosurgery, OB/GYN, open heart, ortho, peds, pulmonology, urology, vascular surgery. Qualifications include experience in emergency medicine and current ATLS, ACLS, PALS.
