POSITION SUMMARY:

Weare seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CRNP or PA to join ourhealthcare team. The CRNP or PA will play a critical role in providinghigh-quality, patient-centered care, conducting physical exams and healthassessments, and developing treatment plans.

Thisposition will report 2 to 3 days weekly. Schedule to vary weekly however willbe outlined for the semester in advance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct physical exams, health assessments, anddevelop treatment plans for student patients. Order and interpret diagnostictests, prescribe medications, and make referrals as necessary.

Providepatient education and counseling on health promotion, disease prevention, andmanagement of chronic conditions. Document patient encounters and maintainaccurate and up-to-date patient records.

Collaboratewith interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Participate in continuous quality improvementactivities and stay current on best practices in healthcare.

Completes other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum qualifications:

Master's degree in the related field from an accredited educational institution.

Current Certification (CRNPor PA-C)

ActiveState License in good standing as a CRNP or PA-C in Pennsylvania

1-3years of work- related experience

Preferred qualifications:

Family NursePractitioner or Physician Assistant

Alternatively,the successful candidate may possess any equivalent combination of experienceand training, which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities required toperform the essential job functions. This includes, but is not limited to, thefollowing:

Knowledge of electronic medical record systems
