Position Requirements

Description
CRNA opportunity to practice with autonomy at short term acute care Pottstown Hospital. The 232-bed Pottstown Hospital, located in Pottstown, PA, is a voluntary nonprofit hospital that is part of Tower Health. This short-term acute care facility has a number of treatment specialties, including sports medicine; joint replacement; arthroscopic surgery; osteoporosis, arthritis; bodily injuries, trauma, and fractures; and behavioral health.

Total Rewards
Hourly Rate: W2: $155 per hour / 1099: $160 per hour

Case Assignments & Schedule
• Schedule: Must provide 4 shifts a month
• Ortho, urology, vascular, and more. CRNAs are offered the opportunity to perform regional blocks at this location.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures
• Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent
• Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients
• Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia
• Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed
• Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership

Requirements
• Current license as a registered professional nurse
• Graduation from an accredited program of nurse anesthesia education
• Certified or recertified by the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists

Pottstown Hospital, $155/hour (W2) / $160/hour (1099), Per Diem CRNA
