At Wilmington Health, our Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine team provides comprehensive care with the support of an integrated healthcare system, strong specialist collaboration, and a patient-centered culture that has served our community for more than 50 years.
Position Highlights
- Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
- Standard clinic hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- No office call responsibilities
- Potential opportunity to participate in hospital rounding rotation
- Established referral base from a large primary care network

Clinical Practice
Outpatient Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine focused practice with a balanced schedule designed to support quality patient care.
Appointment Template
- Established/Follow-Up Pulmonary Visits: 20 minutes
- Sleep Medicine Follow-Ups: 20 minutes
- New Patient Referrals: 40 minutes
- Average patient volume: approximately 20 patients per day

Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant from an accredited program
- Current or eligible North Carolina licensure
- Pulmonary, Sleep Medicine, Internal Medicine, Critical Care, or related experience preferred
- Strong communication and patient-centered care skills
- New graduates with relevant clinical training are encouraged to apply
