Clinical Research Nurse Practitioner

The University of Pittsburgh, Department of Neurology, University of Pittsburgh Alzheimer's Disease Research Center (ADRC) is hiring a nurse practitioner to provide research support to the NIA-funded ADRC through the research services in the ADRC Clinical Core. This person will obtain medical/ neurological histories and perform physical/neurologic examinations on ADRC registry participants; conduct research interviews with the study partner, provide back up for the ADRC Autopsy program; and will assist in patient recruitment and the conduct of ADRC-related clinical trials and longitudinal consortia. She/he will also participate with ADRC Outreach, Recruitment and Engagement Core in the education of health professionals; provide relevant tutorials; and conduct lectures regarding AD healthy aging to the lay community.

Education: Master's Degree Nurse Practitioner is preferred or comparable education.

Experience: Preferred 2-3 relevant experience
