Boulder Community Health is seeking a compassionate and collaborative Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) to join our Boulder Women's Care team. This role provides comprehensive, patient-centered care across the continuum of women's health, including prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, gynecologic, and preventive care services.

The CNM will work closely with obstetricians, gynecologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based care, promote positive birth experiences, and support the health and wellness of women throughout all stages of life. Responsibilities include managing low-risk pregnancies, conducting routine gynecologic care, providing family planning services, participating in labor and delivery care, and collaborating with physicians on higher-risk patients when appropriate.

Qualifications
• Advanced Practice Nurse licensed to practice in the state of Colorado
• Certified Nurse Midwife
• BLS certified within conditional period of employment.
• One year of experience as a Certified Nurse Midwife

Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive prenatal, labor and delivery, postpartum, and gynecologic care for low-risk and appropriate at-risk patients.
• Assess, diagnose, treat, and manage women's health conditions using evidence-based midwifery practices.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care, co-manage high-risk patients, and facilitate referrals when needed.
• Deliver inpatient and outpatient midwifery services in accordance with established clinical standards and hospital protocols.
• Educate and support patients and families throughout pregnancy, childbirth, postpartum recovery, wellness, and preventive care.
• Participate in call coverage and support continuity of care across the practice.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory, quality, and patient safety standards.
• Promote exceptional patient experiences through compassionate, relationship-based, and patient-centered care.
