Compensation & Benefits
- $128,000 - $135,000, depending on experience

Requirements
- Current, active, and unrestricted Florida APRN license
- Minimum of 1 year of outpatient/ambulatory primary care experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- HIV care experience preferred, but not required
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication management skills
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary care to patients in an outpatient setting
- Assess, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic medical conditions
- Develop individualized treatment and care plans
- Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with current clinical guidelines and Florida regulations
- Order, review, and interpret appropriate laboratory and diagnostic testing
- Monitor patients' response to treatment and make adjustments as clinically appropriate
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including medical histories and physical examinations
- Provide patient education regarding medications, treatment plans, preventive care, and overall health
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR
- Coordinate care with physicians, behavioral health providers, specialists, and other members of the healthcare team
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to all ethical, legal, and professional standards
- Provide appropriate follow-up and ongoing management of patients' health conditions
