Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider - Occupational Health
Location: Lebanon, PA
Employment Type: Full-Time
What You'll Champion:
- Occupational Health focused practice providing DOT physicals, pre-employment exams, and work-related injury care.
- Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 AM-4:30 PM) with no surgery responsibilities and excellent work-life balance.
- Manageable patient volume of 10-12 patients per day, allowing for quality patient interactions.
- Opportunities to work independently while collaborating with experienced physicians and APPs across Lebanon and New Holland locations.

Qualifications
Qualifications
Minimum Education:
- Masters Degree Nurse Practitioner Required or
- Bachelors Degree Physician Assistant Required
- Masters Degree Physician Assistant Preferred
Work Experience:
- 1 year Required
Licenses:
- Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner Upon Hire Required or
- Licensed Physician Assistant Upon Hire Required and
- Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required or
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
Courses and Training:
- BLS and/or ACLS as appropriate for the clinical role. Upon Hire Required and
- Nurse Practitioner - board certified by American Nurses Credentialing Center Commission on Certification Upon Hire Required and
- Nurse Practitioner - Completion of an accredited program for nurse practitioners Upon Hire Required or
- Physician Assistant - Graduate of accredited physician assistant program Upon Hire Required
