Job Title: Nocturnist
Location: York, PA
Employment Type: Full-time
What You'll Champion:
- Hiring Advanced Practice Providers (AGACNP or Physician Assistant) to support ED holds, ED Observation (EDOP) patients, and triage/transfer workflows within a high-performing hospital medicine team
- 7-on / 7-off nocturnist schedule (Monday-Sunday) with 12-hour night shifts (7:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.)
- Provide comprehensive inpatient floor coverage, including bedside patient evaluations, code response support, medication management, and cross-unit clinical collaboration (excluding ICU)
- Work in a high-volume, fast-paced hospital environment, managing ~300 patients nightly, offering a dynamic and engaging inpatient medicine experience
- Minimum 1 year of inpatient/acute care APP experience required; must be an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
