Responsibilities
<li>Job Responsibilities: The Advance Practice Provider provides healthcare to patients with an emphasis on disease prevention, health promotion, health maintenance and supportive care. This includes, but is not limited to, diagnosing, prescribing treatment, managing/evaluating patient care and functioning as an educator, healthcare resource, interdisciplinary consultant and patient advocate.</li>

<li>One of: APRN or PA; Must have and maintain all required national and state licensure</li>
