Job Summary:
Seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a salaried, 26-week-per-year position providing comprehensive care across all age groups in both the hospital and emergency room settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Diagnose, treat, admit, and manage patients with complex conditions.
  • ER Duties: Conduct consults, triage, and provide emergency care.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Diagnostics & Procedures: Order and interpret tests; perform procedures as needed.
  • Quality & Compliance: Engage in quality improvement initiatives and adhere to medical regulations.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with medical advancements and participate in ongoing education.
  • Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program.
  • 1+ years of ER or inpatient experience (required).
  • Board Certified in Family, Emergency, or Hospital Medicine.
  • Certifications: ACLS, PALS, ATLS/CALS.
  • Licensed (or eligible) in North Dakota with DEA credentials.
  • Strong independent decision-making, leadership, and adaptability skills.
  • Comfortable with a block-based schedule.
