Advanced Aesthetics & Wellness Injector PA/NP

.Responsibilities:

Aesthetic Services

• Perform advanced neuromodulator and injectable treatments with a high level of confidence, precision, and clinical judgment.
• Perform advanced dermal filler treatments, including facial balancing, contouring, and volume restoration.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the patient's anatomy, goals, medical history, and aesthetic needs.
• Perform comprehensive aesthetic consultations and educate patients regarding treatment options, expectations, risks, benefits, and appropriate treatment plans.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of facial anatomy, injection techniques, product selection, treatment depth, and appropriate dosing.
• Provide patient assessments and good faith exams for new aesthetic patients as permitted within the provider's licensure, training, and practice protocols.
• Perform appropriate follow-up assessments and manage routine post-treatment patient needs.
• Recognize complications or adverse reactions and appropriately escalate care when necessary.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and complete medical documentation.

Wellness Services

• Conduct consultations and good faith exams for patients interested in wellness programs.
• Evaluate patients for appropriate wellness services within the provider's scope of practice and established 22 Spa MD protocols.
• Provide patient education and ongoing support related to hormone replacement therapy, medical weight management, and peptide therapy.
• Develop individualized wellness treatment plans in collaboration with the patient's medical history, goals, laboratory results, and provider assessment.
• Monitor patients participating in wellness programs and provide appropriate follow-up and ongoing education.
• Maintain current knowledge of wellness therapies, treatment protocols, laboratory requirements, contraindications, and patient safety considerations.
• Communicate appropriately with other 22 Spa MD providers when consultation, collaboration, or escalation of care is warranted.

CO2 Ablative Laser Services

• Perform CO2 ablative laser treatments in accordance with 22 Spa MD clinical protocols, provider training, manufacturer guidelines, and applicable regulations.
• Conduct appropriate pre-treatment assessments and determine whether patients are appropriate candidates for treatment.
• Educate patients regarding treatment expectations, preparation, risks, downtime, post-treatment care, and expected outcomes.
• Provide appropriate post-treatment care instructions and follow-up.
• Maintain a high level of competency in laser safety and treatment protocols.

Patient Experience & Practice Expectations

• Provide an exceptional, personalized patient experience from consultation through treatment and follow-up.
• Establish trust and rapport with patients through professionalism, clinical expertise, education, and attentive communication.
• Take the time necessary to understand each patient's concerns, goals, and expectations.
• Maintain a patient-centered approach while providing honest and appropriate clinical recommendations.
• Represent 22 Spa MD with professionalism, confidence, warmth, and discretion.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance consistent with the standards of a high-end medical aesthetics and wellness practice.
• Collaborate effectively with injectors, nurses, estheticians, medical providers, patient coordinators, and management.
• Support a positive team culture and contribute to an environment focused on clinical excellence and exceptional patient care.

Business & Practice Development

• Maintain an appropriate schedule and contribute to patient retention and practice growth.
• Educate patients on appropriate complementary aesthetic and wellness services when clinically indicated.
• Establish long-term patient relationships and encourage appropriate continuity of care.
• Maintain a strong understanding of 22 Spa MD's services, products, memberships, and treatment offerings.
• Participate in promotional events, educational opportunities, patient events, and marketing initiatives as requested.
• Maintain strong rebooking and follow-up practices to support continuity of care.
• Contribute to the continued development and growth of the aesthetic and wellness programs.

Requirements:

Licensure & Certifications:

• Board-certified NP/PA
• Active and in good standing state (that this role is listed in) license
• Active BLS or ACLS certification
• Injector certification highly preferred

Clinical Competencies:

• Ability to safely administer injectable treatments in accordance with state regulations and clinical protocols
• Knowledge of infection prevention, aseptic technique, and sharps safety
• Ability to recognize and respond to adverse events and complications associated with aesthetic treatments
• Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy including vasculature
• Understanding of danger zones and high-risk injection areas
• Ability to identify and manage vascular occlusion
• Knowledge of skin layers and tissue planes
• Understanding of facial balancing and facial aging
• Advanced aesthetic injector training and certifications
• Recognition and management of allergic reactions
• Emergency preparedness and protocol adherence
• Understanding of contraindications for aesthetic treatments

Compliance & Documentation

• Ability to maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Adherence to HIPAA, OSHA, and company compliance standards
• Commitment to patient safety, informed consent, and ethical clinical practice

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to perform repetitive fine motor movements with hands and fingers
• Ability to safely handle needles, sharps, and medical supplies
• Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift standard medical aesthetic equipment and inventory

Training & Travel:

• Occasional travel for training and professional development

Job Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $45 - $65/hr + bonus opportunity

22 Spa MD is seeking an experienced, highly skilled, and confident Advanced Aesthetic & Wellness Injector to join our growing medical aesthetics and wellness team. This position is designed for an advanced provider who is proficient in injectable treatments and dermal fillers and has a strong clinical understanding of comprehensive aesthetic care. The ideal candidate will also have experience and knowledge in medical wellness services, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT), medical weight management, and peptide therapy.

This individual will play an important role in delivering exceptional patient care while representing the high level of clinical expertise, professionalism, and personalized service that defines 22 Spa MD. The position requires someone who is comfortable performing advanced aesthetic treatments, conducting patient consultations and good faith exams, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing appropriate education and follow-up throughout the patient experience.
