Local Team Collaboration:

• We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner to become part of our Hospitalist team of 16 physicians and six advanced practice providers (APPs) at Montefiore Nyack Hospital.
• Work alongside a diverse and highly skilled team, including a clinical performance nurse, where we hold teamwork in high regard.
• Our clinicians come from various geographic, educational, and training backgrounds, fostering an environment where we continuously learn from one another and approach patient care with fresh perspectives.
• We celebrate each other's growth and accomplishments, always prioritizing patient safety and a strong work ethic.

Qualifications:

• Board-certified/eligible acute care nurse practitioners.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Scheduling:

• We understand the importance of quality time with family and enjoying the great outdoors. That's why we offer a flexible schedule that allows our team to support one another and make the most of our time off.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in partnership with our Intensivist team, who covers the closed unit ICU
• Work alongside fourth-year students from Einstein School of Medicine and third-year medical students from Touro University, providing mentorship and hands-on learning experiences.
• Collaborate closely with a supervising physician to deliver comprehensive care in a supportive and friendly team environment.

Compensation:

• Expected annual salary of $140,000-$150,000 plus bonuses
