TheraCorp is seeking full-time and part-time Hybrid Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) to join our growing outpatient team and play a meaningful role in the continued expansion of our practice.

We are seeking experienced prescribers to provide medication management services to our diverse client population.

Responsibilities
• Establish strong therapeutic alliances and develop goal-oriented treatment plans
• Provide psychiatric medication management and ongoing client monitoring (in-person and telehealth)
• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including mental status examinations and diagnostic assessments
• Utilize clinical knowledge, critical thinking, and evidence-based practices to support client outcomes
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in compliance with TheraCorp policies and all state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with the treatment team to identify and communicate changes in client status

Qualifications
• Active New Jersey licensure in good standing as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a psychiatric prescriber
