Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner - housed in Madison, FL

SUMMARY

Diagnosis and treat a variety of behavioral health conditions in general practice by performing the essential duties and responsibilities of the position. Works collaboratively with the care team and local, regional, state, and national healthcare resources to coordinate care and services.

SCHEDULE/HOURS:

• Monday - Friday
• Typically 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• No weekends
• Travel required

EDUCATION and CERTIFICATIONS

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Current State of Florida Autonomous APRN License
• Current D.E.A. Certificate
• Current Specialty Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) from ANCC or AANP.
• Insurability (malpractice)
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation Certificate (CPR)
