Compensation + Benefits
- $125K-$188K base salary (depending on experience and schedule)
- Up to $45,000/year in performance incentive bonuses
- Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus (based off experience)

What You'll Do
- Provide outpatient primary and urgent care services for all ages
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute + chronic conditions
- Order/interpret diagnostic tests and manage treatment plans
- Prescribe medications in accordance with protocols and scope
- Document visits in EMR using technology-driven tools
Requirements
- MSN/DNP with Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialization
- Active New York State NP license
- Board certification: AANP or ANCC (FNP)
- EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge
- FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
- DEA preferred or willingness to obtain
- Preferred: 1+ year primary/urgent care; bilingual English/Spanish
- New grads are welcome
