About the Role
- Provide primary care to adult patients in an outpatient setting.
- Manage chronic disease, preventive care, acute visits, and care coordination.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, compassionate care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Current Massachusetts PA licensure (or eligibility).
- Experience in primary care or adult medicine preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment.
