$70-$85/hour
About the Role:
It's 8:30pm. A parent walks in with a sick child, unsure how worried they should be.
They didn't want to wait days for care.
They didn't want a non-pediatric urgent care.
That's why we built KidsWatch.
We're a modern pediatric practice offering primary care + same-day care, with hours that actually work for families.
What You'll Do:
- Well child visits and preventative care
- Same-day sick visits and minor injuries
- Mix of scheduled and walk-in patients
- Collaborate with physicians as needed
Why This Role Is Different:
- No patient panel
- No inbox or after-hours work
- Flexible, shift-based scheduling
- 2 MAs per shift (you focus on care)
- On-site x-ray, labs, and procedures
Schedule Options:
- Mornings: 8am-4pm
- Evenings: 4pm-10pm
- Weekends available
- Flexible or consistent shifts
Compensation:
- $70-$75/hour (daytime)
- $80-$85/hour (evenings/weekends)
- Bonus opportunities as volume grows

Requirements:
- VA-licensed NP (PNP or FNP)
- Pediatric experience preferred
