What You'll Do
As a key member of our team, you will:
- Conduct patient assessments, examinations, and medical evaluations
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions within NP scope of practice
- Provide urgent care, episodic care, and stabilization services as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records/documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, behavioral health staff, and operational personnel
- Participate in intake screenings, discharge clearances, and continuity-of-care planning
- Respond effectively in emergency or rapidly changing clinical situations
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in applicable state
Preferred Qualifications
- Urgent care, emergency medicine, family practice, correctional medicine, occupational health, or community health experience
- Experience working with multicultural or underserved populations
- Bilingual skills (especially Spanish) highly preferred
