Family Nurse Practitioner - Primary Care | Fort Collins, CO
Join Banner Health's established primary care team in Fort Collins, Colorado! We're seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner who values work/life balance and collaborative patient care. - Oakridge Clinic, 1113 Oakridge Dr., Fort Collins, CO 80525
Position Highlights:
- Four-day workweek (4x10s)
- Monday-Friday only | No nights or weekends | Minimal call
- 18-22 patients per day
- Supportive team of MAs, front office, and leadership support
- Integrated care model with access to behavioral health, case management, PharmD support, imaging, diabetic education, and dietitian/social work services
Position Requirements:
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification
- Eligible for Colorado licensure
- DEA registration with prescriptive authority
- 1+ years of family medicine experience required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range: $120,000 - $145,000, based on experience
