The Opportunity
A well-established and highly respected all-CRNA group in the beautiful Yakima Valley/Tri-Cities area of Washington State is seeking a skilled and motivated CRNA to join their outstanding team due to expansion of service lines. This is a rare opportunity to practice with complete autonomy in a fully independent CRNA model - no anesthesiologists, no AAs, ever. With 12 weeks vacation annually, a diverse and rewarding case mix, and malpractice covered by the hospital - this position offers an exceptional combination of professional independence, financial reward, and true work-life balance in one of the most scenic wine country regions in the entire Pacific Northwest. Mainly outpatient surgery with a strong orthopedic focus:
• Orthopedics - arthroplasties and arthroscopies
• General Surgery
• OB/GYN - 70+ deliveries per month | 60% epidural rate
• Healthy Pediatrics - ENT
• Urology
• Podiatry
• Spine
• Endoscopy - abundant volume
No cardiac - no thoracic - no major vascular - no neuro
Hard Skills Required
• General Anesthesia and MAC
• Spinals and Epidurals
About the Practice
A financially healthy Critical Access Hospital currently in the process of building a new ASC facility. The all-CRNA group is a well-respected and integral part of the care team - serving on committees and contributing to hospital leadership. All shifts are equally shared between CRNAs - everyone carries the same primary call, post-call, and schedule obligations. Currently five CRNAs strong and growing - this is a busy high quality practice. You will be challenged clinically and rewarded professionally.
Qualifications
• Current CRNA certification - NBCRNA required
• Active Washington State CRNA license or ability to obtain prior to start
• ACLS and PALS - required
• Strong independent clinical skills across a wide variety of surgical specialties
