<li>Position Summary
<ul>
<li>Responsible for coordinating and providing occupational health services to businesses in the service areas including health education and promotion, on-site treatment, and follow-up. Ensures appropriate documentation and maintenance of the computer-based tracking system and compiles required reports and records. Communicates regularly with businesses/employers about services provided to employees, needed referrals, and outcome of care given.</li>

<li>Minimum Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Work Experience
<ul>
<li>Previous experience as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) preferred</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Education
<ul>
<li>Master's degree (or higher) in Nursing required.</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Certifications/Licensure
<ul>
<li>Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (or temporary work permit) in the Commonwealth of Kentucky required.</li>
<li>APRN Certification from a board recognized national organization required.</li>
