Job Title: Advanced Practice Provider

Location: York, PA

Employment Type: Internal Medicine

What You'll Champion:

• Join a collaborative Internal Medicine team of 3 physicians and 2 APPs in a highly team-oriented practice environment
• Provide care for adult patients (18+) across the full spectrum of acute, chronic, and preventive care
• Monday-Friday schedule (8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.) with one evening per week until 6:00 p.m. - no weekends
• Shared rotating call responsibilities to support continuity of care
• Practice in a modern, multi-specialty facility with on-site pediatrics, lab services, and imaging for convenient, coordinated care
• Built-in patient growth with pediatric population transitioning into adult care within the same building
• Ideal for a confident Nurse Practitioner - experience preferred, new graduates welcome
• Strong emphasis on teamwork, collaboration, and provider support
