* Position reports to the Chief Nursing Officer
* Seeking candidate that has demonstrated Women's Center experience, analytical skills and customer service focus.
* Will provide guidance and support to staff in all areas of the Women's Center including: patient care, nursing support, staffing, employee relations, employee development and JCAHO compliance.
