PA for Ortho/ Spine Surgery in Central WI.
seeking a Physician Assistant for Orthopaedic Spine Surgery to provide initial assessment and triage of patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Performs patient evaluations, take detailed history of patients' problems and summarize findings for the physician. Will assist in the operating room, do daily inpatient rounds, and discharge patients from the hospital. Must be able to perform under pressure in stressful and emergent situations and be detail oriented. On call 1 week per month for ED consultations; must be available 24 hours per day during this week. Completion of an accredited physician assistant program and State of Wisconsin license is a must. Orthopaedic spine office experience is desirable.

Join our multidisciplinary group WI. Our members currently include neurosurgery, orthopaedic spine surgery, neurology, physiatry, and neuropsychology. Our goal is to develop, and provide excellence in spine, neuro and rehab care, which is comprehensive and multidisciplinary in approach. We are excited to have moved into our new building which has further allowed us to provide the continuum of care in a setting that facilitates communication between disciplines. Outpatient rehabilitation therapies and a 20,000 square foot imaging center are also at this new site on the hospital campus.
