The Nurse Practitioner works collaboratively with other clinicians delivering comprehensive care. S/he must possess the ability to assess clinical problems, determine priorities of care, design and implement a treatment plan and seek and utilize consultation appropriately. The Wellesely practice offers strong office supports, on-site laboratory/radiology/pharmacy supports and a fully integrated EMR. Shift/hours will vary and include weekends and some holidays. A commitment of two shifts per month is required.
The NP must have graduated from a master's level state and NLN approved NP program and possess state licensure to practice in the expanded role. NCCPA certification licensure is required. Two to four years of specialty specific and ambulatory experience is required. This role is not an entry level position; it requires experienced clinicians. |
