The Nurse Practitioner must work collaboratively with other clinicians delivering comprehensive care and must possess the ability to assess clinical problems, determine priorities of care, design and implement a treatment plan and seek and utilize consultation appropriately. Works in a collaborative team practice that recognizes the patient as the central focus.
The NP must have graduated from a master's level state and NLN approved NP program and possess state licensure to practice in the expanded role. Possession and maintenance of or eligibility for DEA and Mass DPH Controlled Substances Registration. Two to four years of ambulatory and/or urgent experience is preferred. Simple procedural skill sets required. |
