Title NURSE PRACTITIONER / CLINIC DT DERMATOLOGY
Primary Duties Shift: FT (80) - DAYS - (M-F)
The Nurse Practitioner takes and records medical histories and performs physical examinations; assesses patients' conditions; administers treatments under physician orders or in conformity with usual practice; advises and counsels patients, or legal guardian, of patient problems; assists physician as directed; and must be able to demonstrate growth and development knowledge and skills to provide patient care appropriate to the age served. Education and Experience *Graduate from a program approved and recognized by the State of Indiana, Health Professions Bureau. *Valid certification/license granted by the State of Indiana. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations *Must have Healthcare Provider CPR Certification. Valid certification must be maintained throughout employment. *Valid Indiana Nurse Practitioner's license *Valid driver's license |
