Medical Office RN Supervisor would be required to work full time in all the medical offices and have experience in this field of medicine. The Medical Office RN Supervisor must be well organized, good clinical judgment, and time management skill. The Medical Office RN Supervisor must be able to be a leader and lead by good example and be a resource for the LPN's and MA's. The Medical Office RN Supervisor must be flexible. The Medical Office RN Supervisor must show good clinical out patient skills within the 90 day probationary period.
The Medical Office RN Supervisor is accountable for delivery of patient care in the "Medical Practice". The Medical Office RN Supervisor is responsible for meeting the established Standards of Nursing Care, managing assigned personnel and promoting collaboration among the disciplines. Medical Office RN Supervisor has competent clinical skills and is capable of routinely functioning as a triage nurse with evidence of good clinical decision making. Medical Office RN Supervisor is responsible for all clinical functions in all the outpatient practices.

At the competent level, the Medical Office RN Supervisor has a feeling of mastery and the ability to cope with and manage the many contingencies of clinical nursing.
