When a loved one is suddenly admitted to the Critical Care or Progressive Care areas, it is a very distressing time for family members.  There are feelings of uncertainty, fear and helplessness.  The Critical Care Staff is acutely aware of the feelings you are experiencing, and want you to understand what is happening.  Providence is calling ICU REGISTERED NURSES.  Our state of the art, 28-bed (high census 22-24) Adult Critical Care Unit is looking to add to their team.  The Adult Critical Care Unit offers a sophisticated broad range of Intensive Care practice.  Vent and Hemodynamic monitoring including PA monitoring experience required.  Post Heart Recovery a plus.*

Intensive Care Unit Nurse Requirements:

• Current Alaska Registered Nurse license or ability to obtain licensure
• Associates Degree of Science in Nursing or Bachelors of Science Degree
• Minimum of 18 months of clinical experience in an Intensive Care Unit setting
• 3-5 years of ICU nursing experience preferred*
