Unit Director: This role is responsible for directing and coordinating the activities of the Oncology nursing unit. Ideal candidates would have an Indiana RN license, BSN or actively pursuing, and have strong problem solving skills as well as good communication skills. The candidate would have at least 3 years clinical experience and preferably 3 years experience in a leadership role and clinical experience in a variety of clinical areas.
