Director of Cardiovascular Transplant.
Our Cardiac Transplant program is growing. We need an experienced leader and passionate patient care professional to lead us to the next level. In this role you will lead a 76 bed program with roughly 300 FTE’s to achieve new levels of success. Our heart center is a world renowned provider of heart health care, and we have been a leader in transplant programs for many years. We are experiencing tremendous growth and need a growth oriented change agent to keep up with our surgeons, and our patient volume by building a top notch nursing team. We believe in shared governance, Evidence Based Practices and an environment of respect for fellow employees and our patients.
The successful candidate will be Masters prepared Nurse. They will also have 5+ years of experience leading a busy heart program. Our ideal candidate will have worked in a large academic setting for several years.
