Dynamic, full-service cardiology group in Chester County, Pennsylvania is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to participate in an unique practice expansion opportunity.  Busy in-patient service at the 175-bed hospital is managed with evidence-based cardiology principles, delivering university-level care and producing excellent outcomes in the community setting, in conjunction with our University of Pennsylvania affiliated cardiothoracic program. 

Complete non-invasive services are available at the large home office located five minutes from the hospital with active plans to develop a cardiovascular program at a sister hospital and new satellite offices.  

• Experience in CT surgery and 1st assist preferred. 
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  the pre, intra and postopertive care of the cardiac surgical patient within the guidelines of the National Commission on Certification of PAs.
• Patient care clinical equipment:  stethoscope, ophthalmoscope; otoscope, percussion hammer, computers, surgical instruments and equipment, multiple types of ventricular assist devices and equipment.
