Minimum three years experience in clinical nursing and 2 years experience functioning as a NP or PA with Cardiac Cath and Invasive Cardiology patients. Responsibilities include performing pre-procedure assessments, histories and physicals, education and counseling of patients on cardiac diseases and treatments, tentative diagnosis, ordering and providing preliminary interpretation of lab studies, post procedure management, and assisting with discharging of patient.
