Are you a stressed-out, overworked NP or PA? Then join my free Webinar!
Every day, I hear about and meet fellow nurse practitioners and physician assistants who are providing high quality health care in this country and worldwide. NPs and PAs are working very hard providing primary and specialty care, especially in underserved areas to underserved populations. We’re great at meeting patients’ needs, but not always our own. Because of our deep dedication to our work, we are vulnerable to the effects of stress and at risk of burnout. This is personal for me because I’m a recovering Type A and I’m keenly aware of the negative effects of stress on our lives and how hard it is to make healthy changes when we are working 24/7.
But here’s the good news! Recently I learned about an innovative approach to deal with stress called brain-based coaching. We clinicians no longer have to suffer with the stress in our lives. In fact, there are many simple and effective self-help approaches we can learn that can dramatically reduce our stress without adding more tasks to our already-too-long "To Do" lists.
I learned about this new “brain-based” cognitive coaching approach from my discussions with Pratt Bennet, a life coach who uses this evidence-based coaching approach to help NPs and PAs around the country reduce their stress levels. During this free webinar Pratt will explain how to use various cognitive exercises to reduce your stress, improve your sense of wellbeing, energy and stamina levels.
I've seen how effective these tools can be, and can't wait to share them with you. That's why I’m excited to be partnering with Pratt on our upcoming free webinar for clinicians entitled,
Pratt's background is in brain-based coaching, and he's used his work and discussions with hundreds of NPs to create a program that involves 5 powerful cognitive tools clinicians can use to create lives that are less stressful, more balanced and much healthier and happier. I know how much better my life is when I use the tools he and I will be sharing on,
Sunday, May 15th, at 5:00 Pacific, 8:00 Eastern
