Job Seekers in a hurry can search Jobs, Employers or Recruiters directly from the home page without login. So, explore the site to experience it’s value, then complete the sign-in page.

To get the most from this site, it is essential that all Job Seekers complete a profile and they may also choose to post their resume. When completing the profile, every Job Seeker chooses how much information they wish potential Employers or Recruiters to see. Once the profile is on our system, Job Seekers can choose to receive email notification of every new job posted matching their selected criteria and to track their search activity. Once registered, individuals can enter the site with their email address and password.

  • Creating a Personal Profile: The first step is to set up a unique login (your email address) and password, then you must set up your Job Seeker Personal Profile. It is here where you determine what information from your profile you wish to make available to our members. Your Personal Profile was designed to help you manage your search activities and store personal information for future sessions. This activity requires completion of a brief registration form. Your Personal Profile, and/or the job search criteria you have posted, can be changed at any time. YOU DETERMINE IF PERSONAL INFORMATION SHOULD BE HIDDEN ON REGULAR SEARCHES.
  • Searching Job Opportunities: You may search and view job postings anonymously. There is no need to fill out a profile to search our jobs. However, it is necessary to complete a profile if you wish to view details of the job postings or to receive automated job updates. If you choose, upon completion of your Personal Profile a customized job search agent will first check the Job Listing database against your search criteria and then send you nightly email notices of any new jobs that come available matching your specific search criteria. IF YOU DO NOT CHECK THIS OPTION YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THESE NOTIFICATIONS.
  • Automatic Searching and Notification of Job Opportunities: The database automatically searches for Job Postings that match the criteria you have included in your profile. An email is sent to the listing Employers and Recruiters notifying them of the match. You choose in your Personal Profile if you want these Employers and Recruiters access to your complete personal information or an anonymous profile without personal information. If you choose, you will also receive daily email notifications of these Job Postings.
  • Replying to Job Opportunities: You may find job opportunities either by a search, an automatic email generated by a match in search criteria or an email initiated by an Employer or Recruiter. In order to reply to a job opportunity, you must have completed a Job Seeker Professional Profile. If you choose to reply your response will supply the full personal information you have specified in your profile, including the current version of your online resume, if you have one on the system.
  • Email Communication on Job Opportunities: If you have chosen to keep your profile information confidential, when an Employer is notified of a match between your criteria and those of the listed position, the Employer or Recruiter will have the option to respond to you through the website email system. This restricts direct contact until both parties have agreed to further communications.
  • Searchable Database: You may choose to have your Personal Profile and/or resume available in a searchable jobseeker database where Recruiter site members can proactively seek your employment. If you wish your identity to remain confidential until you apply, make sure no personal information appears on your resume and you check the box requesting personal information to remain confidential.
  • Hyperlinks: Our site contains numerous links to external Web pages including Associations, Employers, Recruiters and related resources. We will not provide any information about you to these external sites.
  • Inactivate or Delete your records: At anytime you may wish to set your account as inactive or even delete your account. If you mark it as inactive you will still have access to the account should you wish to reactivate it. Deletion of your account will remove your Job Seeker Professional Profile, user name and pass word. This action requires you to recreate the entire account should you desire to use our services again. If you wish to delete your Job Seeker Profile, including your registration, login, responses and posted resume, your deletion will take place immediately. Please understand that Employers or Recruiters who had already received your information through a job response or posted resume may have maintained your records off-line and may still attempt to contact you regarding employment opportunities.

AdvancedPracticeJobs.com has been designed to be easy to navigate, efficient to use, and cost-effective for Employers to get the maximum return for their recruitment advertising. Our unique “bundling” approach to pricing for Job Postings, allows Employers to totally control their daily postings and to get the maximum return on their investment. Daily posting credits are purchased in “bundles” of 30, with each credit representing one day for one job posting. Postings can be canceled any day and remaining credits can be “banked” or used for other job postings.

Further, when an Employer maintains a balance greater than 1 credit, the Employer remains active on our database even when they do not have a job posted. This allows the Employer to continue their listing in the Employer Searchable Database as well as post new job listings any time they desire. Employers will receive daily email updates of all candidate matches to job specified criteria and email responses from all interested candidates. In addition, active employers can search the comprehensive healthcare Recruiter database for additional resources and expertise.

AdvancedPracticeJobs.com also gives active Employers the opportunity to create a searchable Company Profile which represents a one-page website with our database

In order for employers to use this site it is necessary to complete and Employer Profile. Once an Employer is registered on our site, and has purchased a minimum of 30 credits, job postings can be placed at any time, by using their email address and unique password.

This is basic corporate information that is part of the contract for entering into business with AdvancedPracticeJobs.com. It is important for new clients to review the Terms of Use, Privacy Statement, and Pricing Plan pages in this site before completing the Employer Profile.
  • Searchable Company Profile: You may choose to add a Company profile that resembles a one page website. You choose what to include. Some examples might be recent awards your practice has received, the specialties you practice, and your Doctor’s names, size of the facility and team descriptions. It is a free advertising opportunity for your practice as you compete for this Nation’s top talent. This site page is only available to Employers who have an active account in good standing. You acknowledge that this is a searchable database and will be available to all Job Seekers and Recruiters who are members of our site. You may update this information anytime within your Client Profile Account or choose to remove it all together.
  • Hyperlinks: Our site contains numerous links to external Web pages including associations, employers, recruiters and related resources. We do not share information about you with these external sites.
  • Inactivate or Delete your records: All accounts must be in good standing or they will go inactive after the last credit has expired. At any time you may choose to delete your account.
